As part of the Jeebika Chandpur-02 project (2018–2023), Daffodil Foundation established community-based Quran learning centers to promote Quranic education among children and community members.
During the project period, three mosque-based Quran learning centers were established, providing free learning opportunities for 156 local children. They learned Surahs, Quran recitation (Kerat), and the Holy Quran.
Additionally, four Quran learning centers were established for members of Group Organizers (GROs), where 112 members participated in learning Quran recitation, essential Duas, and religious rules related to daily prayers.
Following three months of training, 65 copies of the Holy Quran were distributed among the participating members to support their continued learning and practice.
These initiatives reflect Daffodil Foundation’s commitment to community development through education, religious learning, and inclusive opportunities for local people.
